We are happy to offer you the following interfaces:

From individual items to mass-produced items, from a screw to the whole auto body - we make it possible!

  • Tarnishing
  • Wear Resistant
  • The chrome layer is applied only after nickel plating and is very thin
  • The degree of gloss is determined by the underlying nickel layer (shiny nickel / matte nickel), which is why it is also referred to as nickel-chromium.

  • Shiny layer structure, depending on the nature of the base material whether grinded, polished or raw
  • Brownish appearance, could tarnish but can be re-polished
  • Good corrosion protection with sufficient coating thickness
  • Coating thickness 5-35 microns
  • Base layer for further coatings such as chrome plating, gilding, silvering
  • In contrast to chrome, nickel can be painted over. Existing, well-preserved chrome parts can be painted by removing the chromium layer without having to remove the nickel.

  • Red shiny soft heavy metal
  • Base of many corrosion protection systems, such as primer coating prior to the nickel- chromium
  • Good electrical conductivity

  • Technical corrosion protection
  • Passivated or chromated
  • Coating thickness 8 to 15 microns
  • Possibilities: yellow, blue, black, olive galvanized
  • Large parts possible (for example complete auto body)

Additionally, we offer you:

  • Gold plating
  • Silver plating
  • Tin coating
  • Brass
  • Polishing / pickling stainless steel
  • rust removal
  • Sandblasting
  • Varnishing
  • Hard chrome
  • BlackChrome
  • Chemical paint stripping
  • Anodizing
  • Electropolishing
