When you visit our website, the browser used on your terminal device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

  • The user name you specified on Insatgram.
  • Date and time of the contact request

  • The user name you specified on WhatsApp
  • Your phone number and profile details provided on WhatsApp
  • Date and time of the contact request

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para.1 lit.a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent and are used exclusively to ensure smooth support.

02. disclosure of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We will only share your personal information with third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para.1 lit.a DSGVO,
  • the disclosure according to Art.6 Para.1 lit.f DSGVO and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 Para.1 lit.c DSGVO, as well as
  • this is legally permissible and required according to Art. 6 para.1 lit.b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

03. cookies

We use so-called cookies in some areas of our website. Through such file elements, your computer can be identified as a technical entity during your visit to this website in order to facilitate your use of our offer – also during repeat visits. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. 05. pictures of customer parts

Pictures of customer parts will be published only after their consent. However, apart from the images, no personal or order-related data will be published.

06. social plug-ins

We use social plugins of the social network Facebook on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para.1 lit.f DSGVO. The underlying promotional purpose is to be considered a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be ensured by their respective providers. The integration of these plugins by us takes place by way of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.
Social media plugins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. For this purpose, we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook.

When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. 07. SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

08. privacy policy for the use of YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

Our pages use functions of Google+. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Information collection and sharing: Using the Google+ button, you can publish information worldwide. via the Google+ button, you and other users receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you gave +1 for a content and information about the page you viewed when you clicked +1. Our pages use functions of WhatsApp. The provider is Facebook Inc, 1601 South California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).

Since the first contact comes from the customer’s side, he is aware of the use and the resulting terms of use of Whatsapp.

Furthermore, we use a so-called exchange container. This prevents numbers that do not use Whatsapp services from being forwarded to WhatsApp. We use Whatsapp data resulting from such requests exclusively for communication with the customer. When the order is placed, these are archived as a document subject to retention. No confidential data such as offers will be sent by us via Whatsapp. Data collected by us from a Whatsapp correspondence will not be disclosed by us to third parties.

You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed.

b. Rectification/deletion/restriction of processing
Furthermore, you have the right to demand from us that

If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, without prejudice to other legal remedies.
